I've Got a Box Full of Letters, Think You Might Like to Read; Some Things That You Might Like to See, But They're All Addressed to Me

We got our mini-swap box earlier this week and finally had the opportunity to open it last night.

And our swap partner, Katie (whom does not have a blog, but should), was just too generous...

She sent us an amazing crafting book for children, along with felt, pipe cleaners, pom-poms, stickers, crayons, glue and colored pencils.

She also sent this cute little person puzzle (it rotates to "dress" the people up in different clothes!), little rabbits for Griffin to learn to sew on, little pencils and activity books for each boy and a gluten-free/egg-free/dairy-free/peanut-free/nut-free chocolate cake mix (which means Darwin can partake).

But the most impressive gift was bean bags sewn by her five-year old daughter!

Here is what we had sent...

I made each of her children (a six-month old son and five-year old daughter) a pillow with leftover minky scraps and little accordion scrapbooks. I also sent along two scrapbook paper pieces grab bags (for embellishing the scrapbooks or other projects), lots of left over sticker letters and a few scrapbook embellishments, favor bags from Griffin's birthday (with a ball, stickers, kaleidoscope, etc) and some beads and sting to make necklaces.

Katie is so nice, and not only did we have a great swap, but we made a friend in the process.

Now, it's time to go make somethin'...
