The trees are turning colors, pinecones are everywhere, I'm sipping hot cocoa and it's early September. In Kansas. This is so very, very wrong. And yet, so totally kick-ass.
I'm listening to Journey, hoping the music will drown out the boys' bickering. C'mon guys, autumn is here!

It's been dark and rainy all week around here, and suddenly last week I noticed that we have to turn the lamp on again to read kiddo his bedtime stories. The high yesterday was 83 when it's usually 91. I hated the 105+, but I'm not quite ready for the dark cave thing yet!
Can you send some of that autumn my way? In Salt Lake City, it's been 90 through most of the week. I would love some fall leaves, cool breezes, and jackets, and, well, FALL!
bickering? Sounds like my house as of late! I couldn't be happier to see fall! Bring on the cocoa and warm weather clothes!

It has finally felt like summer here - almost 80 every day this week.
