my name is not shauna, it's laura and i don't ALWAYS call when you're cooking, sometimes i call a wee bit after 9. oh sorry wrong blog. Lol! funny thing is shauna could be me! i have a knack for calling my best friend at the most inopertune times.

I used to cook...very theraputic. I love to bake but I can't eat the carbs now. I am on the hunt for good recipes. I have found a few but still it is hard.
