They Did the Mash, They Did the Monster Mash

Parties were... well, partied.

Goodie bags were made. (Yeah, for the whole fucking two kids that came. Two. Two. It's enough to make me cry.)

Tricks and treats were had. Well, treats only.

Griffin's pumpkin was carved.

As was Darwin's.

And in case there was any confusion about my favorite candy to give out...

What can I say? I must spread the love.

Looks like all that work was worth it.

Only 2 kids? That's even worse than our neighborhood. I think we got about 25. I hope Nerds are gluten-free so you can eat the left-overs.

Yeah...my dad said they started with one piece of candy a kid and then switched to handfulls by the end of the evening...I never get ANY...course I live on a weird street...and here in town there are only "certain" neighborhoods that the kids go to...

Love the new banner!
Halloween sounds like so much fun, we don't really have it here.

We didn't have but three door bells of kids. Where are all the Kansan trick or treaters?

Love those nerds. Philly had his first box last night and LOVED them.

Cheers! LA

Love the new banner!
And nerds are a favorite in our house as well.
I guess I would rather have 2 kids show up than the 5 million bombarding us, even after we ran out and turned off the light. If we even looked out the window, the kids would come back. It's like they could smell our secret stash!

The boys look happy though and NERDS rule. :)
