Cake-y brownies? Why not just eat cake? I like chewy fudgy brownies, myself. But if I had no brownie, and someone offered me a cake-y brownie, I would still eat it.

Toben and I just had this conversation tonight after some neighbors brought us a plate of brownies. I had one bite and stopped--too cakey. I like 'em chewy and fudgy and a little crisp around the edges. He's all for cake. Maybe it's a male/female thing...
In reviewing this situation, and realizing that your marital bliss hangs in the balance, it's time to ask the most important question.. Mayo or Miracle Whip.

WOW! A 2 sentence post and you get 20 comments! Impressive! I'm just gonna say it...if ya want fudgy then why not make FUDGE? I'm just saying. ;-) Both are good to me. Depends on the mood. OHH-You should include both versions in your cookbook to promote happy marriages in the gluten-free home.
