Let it Never be Said That Romance is Dead

I heart Martha.

Sometimes I think the Universe royally fucked up by not making me her child.

(man, you already got some? no fair!)

but seriously, have you seen her daughter? would you really want to be like her?

Oh yeah totally! Then again, the pressure would be immense. Although, could you imagine what kind of yummies she could come up with for the allergy people of the world...although, you seem to be doing well with that on your own!

I second Kirsten!

Is that the coveted twine that is so hard to find in the US????

I love Martha, but if I saw her this week I would kick her in the shins for refusing to ship outside the US.

Sweet! My mom and I are headed to Michael's today to check it out...my heart is already palpitating...

It too lovely but she wont ship over here. Now if you WERE her daughter you could sort that out for us - could you arrange for her to adopt you quickly??

Okay that's it! I now have to go to Michael's to check out the new Martha line after seeing those cute stickers! Thanks a lot:)

Oh how I agree. Screw Michaels, why doesn't Martha just open her own craft/home decor stores? I definitely left drool spots on the floor at Michaels yesterday!

Ooh, I'm jealous! I tried to stop by Michael's with Elise on Monday, but in the parking lot, she declared that she needed a nap (and she never does that). So I'll have to wait to get my own goodies. I'm wanting the poofy paper flower kit.

These goodies look delicious! I want Martha to come to Holland too!!

Isn't her stuff great. I picked up some of the twine. It was cute and adorable, and I couldn't resist.

I am definitely an admirer of Martha.

I have to say though that it's a good thing she didn't give birth to me. I think I would have driven her to drink.

Seriously I feel the same way. I went to a taping of her show and I thought I was going to pee my pants when she came out! And if one more person posts about her new craft line I think I'm going to go broke buying all her things!

I am SO TOTALLY getting the monkey party kit for my husband's birthday this year.

Seriously.

Somehow I think her angry children might convince you that she ain't exactly the "martha" of motherhood... or so I've heard, it may just be a vicious rumor. Despite that, I still love her stuff!

HA HA! You know, in Australia, Martha has this reputation as being way too cutesy poo, over the top, sweetness and doily filtered light, and the thought of your fabulous, potty mouthed, song lyric spouting self running riot around her house absolutely tickles my sense of the divine absurd.

Thankyou for my first belly laugh of the day! xxx
