Yes, I woke up and had to take an allegra. Allergy season, I mean Spring, is upon us. :)

Ahh, all things I can relate to. Right down to the last photo.

I love tulip leaves almost as much as I love tulips. Sadly hubby banned me from planting any more bulbs last year. Our ground is so full of clay, he had to use a crowbar to get them in deep enough!

Yes, I've started sneezing and wheezing too. But it's a small price to pay for the warm weather!

You've already planted something?? I'm behind then, I guess. :)

So that is what those things are called: surprise lilies. I have some of those.

Is that why my nose has been randomly running again?

I don't care. I mean, I have that luxury as my allergies don't (yet) require an inhaler, they just make my nose run and my throat swell up. But I love this time of year with the bulbs coming up. It makes me feel as excited as Max is when he sees new lego sets.

I'm sorry it's time for the inhaler. I wish I could take away everyone's discomfort. Oh well. That's the problem with not having any super powers.

One of these things is not like the others...

Now that was funny!

Our plants started sprouting a few weeks ago. Then we got hit with real winter weather. Who knows what survived under all this snow.

But still glad it's spring! I just sat outside on my porch and read my book.

Boy isn't that the truth? I was out on my daily walk eyes wattering and sneezing and looked up to see the yellow pollen of the Juniper trees gently flaking down upon my head. Yay exercise!

as long as it keeps raining I'm good. Once it starts to dry up, then out comes the pulmicort, flonase, ventolin and theodur. Ah the joys of spring.

Yes spring is springing up here on the West Coast too. Out come the flowers and the allergies. But it's all worth it!

ah tulips!!

your garden is going to look so fab. How do you stop kids from trampling on them?

I'm thinking of planting cacti all around my flowers... see if that stops them!

They are all very pretty... the last one could use some color though. Hopefully, it won't be out much this year.

You can call me Betty, or Bethany, or Beth ...Just don't call me late for dinner. said...
