What is it with spring time that makes me get sick?
I'm blaming daylight savings time for this.
My one, lone flower in the garden. ::sigh:: At least I know more flowers are on the way.
Despite not feeling well, I spent two hours outside working yesterday and I'm itching to get back out there today. Unfortunately, Aaron wasn't all that keen on getting me a porta-potty for illness emergencies.
He ruins all my fun.

Oh...yes, I'm having allergies myself...a little sniffly and watery eyes (me and the cat really) Perhaps you could use the green house as a porta potty, and then that would indeed instigate a teardown! Feel better soon...
That sucks, being sick on such a beautiful day. I'd second the greenhouse/potty idea, but I'm afraid it might fall down on you and cause some kind of embarrassing scene when the emergency team arrives. (That would make one hell of a good blog post, though...)
Ugh - hate that you're not feeling well. It seem doubly unfair to be ailing when the weather is gorgeous.
Love the flower! How long before some tiny clutching paws pluck it and give it to you, Mommy?
That's the only kind of flower we have going on right now, too. Sorry you're not feeling well. I would be using that as an excuse NOT to be cleaning up piles of slimy leaves (which is what needs to be done around here).
Such a pretty lone flower it is. I love when my flowers bloom. It makes my day.
Hey, you could harvest the stamen of that one lone flower and dry it and make enough saffron rice to feed one of those poor baby mice.
Too bad about not feeling well. I hope it passes quickly!
What's Aaron got against porta potties? Very handy in my opinion. One could paint them to blend in.
Porta potty, you don't need no stinkin' porta potty. It's the great outdoors!
you poor thing......couldn't he find any of those astronaut diapers?
beautiful crocus!!! i love spring flowers. they are so promising of warm weather.
sorry you are sick (again). hope you are feeling well enough to work and play outside.
Lovely flower!
But what's gardening without fertiliser?!
How many times would you have to go behind the potting shed before he provided a bucket? Maybe you could do a Borat and use a zip-lock bag??
Beautiful crocus. The colour is wonderful.
Hope you recover soon.
you don't need a porta potty... that stuff is good for the garden!!
We have 2 down with allergies here..
But the garden.. (delapidated doesn't even begin to cover it. Even Nature is delapidated here)..my all time favorite place to spend the daylight.
I will refrain from a scatalogical comment as those have been hysterically done by your buddies already.
poop humor.. gotta love it.
So sorry you feel crappy. (couldn't resist)
Is it totally inconsiderate to ask that you count your lucky stars that you have allergy inducing flowers. We're so far from that!
beautiful!
