Oh no...now everyone's going to know what really goes on in your house! First...all the allergies now this (hahaha)
When my sister was little, we were chasing her around and she ran into the corner of a table...my mom got a lot of dirty looks when we went out for quite a while...
I like the "Safety 1st" label by his hand. :) I have an accident-prone child, too. She just trips randomly all the time, and you just can't catch her every time. She constantly has a bruise and bump on her forehead.
I hope it was just some bruising and nothing like the last eye incident.
my monkey had 2 black eyes before he turned one. ugh. the photobooks i gave to my parents of my kids included pix of 'first steps, first lost tooth.... first black eye.' so sad.
If it makes you feel even the least little bit better - all I noticed at first was the dumplin's big gorgeous blue eyes! It took me a moment to see what I was supposed to be looking at...
Of course, once I started noticing the details, I totally cracked up at the "Safety First" label...
He wasn't playing with the advent lego was he? Only I've never seen a kid with quite that look on his face... Or maybe you just didn't hit him hard enough (just kidding, CPS spies, kidddddinnnngggg).
My mom walked into a door once and gave herself a wicked shiner. She was forty nine. My dad was so embarassed.
No 2 and his best friend Lexi (or sexy as he used to call her when he first learnt to speak...) were drawing a few weeks back, when they decided to play make up. They drew make up on their eyes with cheap felt tips that didn't wash off for days. She looked like some sort of Woodstock hippy, No 2 looked like Marilyn Manson on a really bad day.
Honestly, it was sooo embarassing just to go and buy grocery...

We still haven't had professional pics done of Georgie... he ALWAYS has a nasty bruise or scrap on his face. He's my little monkey!

Poor guy.
At least he didn't get his eye. :)
His big beautiful blue eyes.
WOW they are beautiful!
Makes me feel better about the large and dark bruises appearing on my children weekly....

kids eh?
PS hopes he's ok.
Oh, so, so sorry. Poor baby. Poor, poor you.
Hope that's not one of those that goes through every color of the rainbow.
Wow. You must have been frightened when it happened. Isn't that the same eye that was injured before??
Even though it happens, I don't think it makes it any easier.
Hugs to you and him. How scary for you both....
Ouch!
Oh no... that one looks familiar. The only difference is that my son has brown eyes to go with his black eyes ;) I hope it heals quickly!
Well, it does make his blue eyes even more beautiful!
