A Girl in Trouble is a Temporary Thing

So, welcome back!

What? You haven't been hitting "refresh" on my site all damn day wondering why in the fuck you don't have access?

Are you trying to claim you aren't obsessed with me? Come on now, let's be real.

Apparently Blogger has decided to punish the few of us who haven't updated to Beta and are now being total bastards about our sites.

(Note to self: back up archives. Seriously.)

What? You don't bitch about your free service providers? Amateurs.

I'm in need of some advice. I'm going to a little soiree Sunday and I want to make something baked. What should I make?

(I said "baked". Hahahaha.)

And apparently this is National De-Lurking Week. That means I'm gonna get like 100 comments, right? Right.

You know, I had tons of interesting stuff to say today, but fucking Blogger and their broken-ness fucked it all up. And now? I can't even remember what I was going to say.

Damn it.

Yeah, blogger that bitch. I've been fighting it all morning. and it's not going to let me post now either I bet, since I see the same word verification from the last time it didn't let me post.

So, I'm confused on what lurking is. I mean, I comment sometimes, when I have the urge, but I don't every single day... BTW, LOVE that you're writing so often now!!

Damn that Blogger. I'm glad you finally managed to get on anyway. Now I'm wondering whether I should go de-lurk somewhere...

I noticed that your blog was blocked earlier today. I *almost* took it personally ... LOL !

BTW, how do you backup your archives?? (Remember, I'm the one who can barely do the banner!!)

Oh, go on, come on over to the dark side - beta isn't so bad. And I vote for cheesecake, or macaroons, or anything chocolatey you can have with coffee. Can you tell I'm hungry?

I vote for chocolate too.... I changed over to beta... it only took a few minutes... and poor baby blue eyes.... he is too cute to have a bruise !!!

Ouch. Blogger can be a bitch. But it has been nice to me ever since i joined the goog crowd, oh yess! Ha.
What to bake? Do you have to bake something for it to count? How about some fruit kebabs?

what? you're going out?

If you must... a nice cake. Or a plate of 'after dinner' biscuits.

And if there's some left over...

I don't have any baking suggestions for you. Cake sounds good...

you better make something chocolaty. Yes, you know for those *people* at the soiree. I have no idea who any of them are. but chocolate. yes.

Blobber strikes again! And I complained the entire time I used blobber. I love me a free service but it was getting to be a big pita to use.

I'm not lurking...really! It's just that Blogger is such a poo and I have to keep logging in again and again whenever I want to comment and sometimes the word verification thingy is x'ed out and this even AFTER I submitted to beta version and now I lost all my links and have to start over and I can't figure out how to add them back!!

(((Breathe))))
Hi, Laura! I'm here!

I normally lurk here ... but what the hell. Hi!

I think you should make something with frosting...messy cream cheesy frosting. Yum.

I'm not a lurker just a non-commentor. You never fail to crack me up. Tell me you don't curse like that IRL? We'd be great friends! (Unfortunately I do curse like that.) Party, dish? I don't go out much I wouldn't know what to bring that's baked. A potato maybe?

I had no idea it was national de-lurking day. Should I announce that on my blog so that all of my non-blogging friends who tell me they read mine will finally leave a lousy comment so I'll know they stopped by.

You just made that up, huh?

OK, now I'm tripped out because I see that what PKM was talking about is now happening with me. Same verification word as fromt the last comment I left. Shouldn't that be impossible?

Aren't you so glad I left this rambling mind-numbingly boring comment?

Has it snowed for you yet? We're getting little non-sticking flurries. Wish it would really dump on us.

I don't even use blogger any more, and it's getting on my last nerve.

I missed you yesterday - and boy oh boy didn't Bloglines look so festive with all the little red exclamation points - letting me know what a pain blogger was being....

For the baked thing - you want something you can make glutenfree, or do you just want a suggestion???

Ah HA! I thought it was just me yesterday that couldn't get on my fav blogs. Glad your back!

isn't it lovely when blogger screws you up the yin-yang by going offline for hours since you're still on old blogger, but you aren't allowed to switch because your blog is too big?

now THAT's a way to keep a customer. even one who doesn't pay anything.

i always find it fun to leave a LONG comment and have blogger ask you a million times to unscramble the letters just so you think its your fault. I have all day you know.
anyway, I like brownies when I go to parties, that way you can keep getting more like finger food, and I can eat ALOT of brownies.

I read but don't comment. (at least I don't think I have commented). Karen
