In the White Room, with Black Curtains, Near the Station

In an effort to work on saving my sanity, I will be attempting to participate in Color Week this time around.

Today is white... I love white, but I don't have much in my house that is just white. Granted, my wood trim is white as are the diapers...

... but I don't think that really counts. And our bill-paying center is white...

... but still, not all that glamorous.

As you all should know by now, if you want to see something really pretty at my house, you have to step outdoors.

We aren't sure what this plant is called, so we call it stink bush. It's stinky. But quite pretty.

Volunteer daises.

Japanese Maple

Hosta

And another hosta.

This very well may also be known as Gratuitous Garden Photos Week.

I think the flowers look beautiful but aren't a patch on your gorgeous little man at rest - just scrumptious!

I love that little white boy too.

Oh - white diapers do so count - especially in a sweet photo like that one. Mmmmm mmmm. But stink flower is also nice.

Sweet sleeping boy! Is one day green? If so you should take a picture of that green thumb of yours.

so much garden loveliness - I think you may have caused me to suffer from my first known case of hosta envy.....

And what a cutie in his diaper! (isn't it amazing how angelic boys always manage look - when they are sleeping???)

A prize photo, of Darwin asleeop.
Is that a new sofa? I like.

The "stink bush" resembled an attractive, prickly penis, if you ask me... which you didn't... obviously a good thing.

Kim -- yes, it is dubbed the christmas couch because we got it for christmas in 2004.

And I thought the same thing about the stink bush; it's nice to know that I'm not the only one with such a dirty mine.

And?

Don't even get me started on what my warped mind has done with the words stink bush.

Oh.You and your garden. All that green. And a ladybug too.

I think the baby in the diapers is cuter than the flowers.

and how can kids SLEEP like that?!?

That may be the first time I've ever seen anyone use the phrase "attractive prickly penis", Kim. Is that an oxymoron, or not?

Darwin looks so adorable! How can he possibly be turning two???
