We are desperately trying to get into the holiday spirit. Yesterday I finished my first handmade ornament of the season...
And Griffin made two at preschool...
... we plan on putting ornaments on the tree this weekend. So far we have five strings of lights and two garlands.I also completed the first Festivus card to send out...
... I have at least 49 more to make (notice I said at least, if I can find the proper size envelope I could easily mail 25 more). So, you can only imagine what I'll be working on today...

I love those boys and their cute ways. Love the random medical man in among the construction workers. And where are the women? Wow, Legos, get with the program.
And I was feeling overwhelmed about having to sign my store bought cards...

The cards are great! I wanted to do something crafty this year, but after much thought, and finally accepting that I am NOT super mom, I typed up a letter, printed off a picture and over 30 are off in the mail. I'm jealous of your creativity. I'll try to do better next year *sniff*
Day seven? I'm confused. It's Dec 8th......shouldn't you be on the 8th one?
If it makes you feel any better, I still need to decorate, take the christmas photo AND make the cards.
