You Made Me Promises, Promises

Um. Hi. Aaron didn't come home last night. Nope. Nuh-uh.

He's coming home Tuesday. Tuesday. Sweet baby Jesus, Tuesday.

::cough, cough, hack:: "Mommy?" ::cough:: "You feeling any better?"
::hack, hack, cough, sneeze:: "No. You?" ::hack::
::sneeze, cough, cough:: "Me neither." ::cough, cough::

It's gonna be a lovely weekend.

Oh you poor thing! Looks like you've been dealing with lots of blog drama. Just what you need when you're already feeling crappy, huh? I'm thinking about you. Feel better soon!

Hey! I'm not alone in my misery! Andy headed out to Fort Belvoir near DC and won't be back until Tuesday either! And gee, I'm stuffed up and all four kids have green crud sliming out of their noses. Aelin's eyes were sealed shut with pink-eye goop this morning. I say that as soon as Andy and Aaron get home we flog them mercilessly with ropes of kid-booger-filled kleenexes!

boy. this week has sucked me into the twilight zone of where the hell does time go??? I missed so much over here! You are sick. No Aaron. And hate mail! where have I been??? I missed it!!!!! I feel like charlie brown.

You poor dear. Girl you HAVE GOT to get some infection fighter. I am telling you - the stuff kicks ass as an immune support.

Hope you are feeling better.

Aw, that sucks! I hope your kids are at least being a little more subdued while they're sick -- anything to make it a little easier!

I thought that, in light of recent comments and fun-filled drama, this might be a good time to de-lurk and tell you that I think you are awesome beyond words. Your sense of humor rocks and your delivery leaves me chuckling throughout the day.

Anyone who has read your blog even twice can tell that you are utterly devoted to your kids, and that your capability as a mom is solid and loving. Your blog is a fresh alternative to all the other sameness out there.

Party on hot mama!

Get well soon! All this extra work! I hope that means tons of cash, perhaps you should hire help - when dad is away we hire out, then maybe dad will not be away so much or at least feel your pain. My husband is best motivated by the purse strings, not that Aaron is doing this intentionally just that perhaps he is not doing everything in his power, and with motivation his power of creative thinking may improve. Hugs!
