I Catch a Paper Boy, But Things Don't Really Change, I'm Standing in the Wind, But I Never Wave Bye-Bye, But I Try, I Try

So, Griffin's birthday party is Saturday.

And my in-laws are coming into town tomorrow, their plane lands at 8 a.m.

::blink, blink::

So, I'm going to go work on the house now.

May the Goddess of Housework be with you in your quest for order. (I fear she has forsaken me...)

Hmmmm, sounds like fun - how long are hey staying, when do they go again - sorry that's just my natural reaction to in-laws arriving!!

But you know I am so pleased as that is the first time I have read your title and recognised the song - how rubbish am I with music!

Well, no need to worry then ;)

Are those real ice-flowers on the window? They're beautiful!

Is that ice?? (note-*ignoring parent-in-law-stuff*)That's amazing! I've never been anywhere cold enough to see ice like that. Can planes still land when it's that cold?

Housework! ARG! I hope the birthday party is a whopping success even though you had to buy stuff ready made.

I just want to say that I love Bowie and it was so nostalgically happy to see his lyrics at the top of this post.

I also love the picture.

Kid's party+in-laws=ENDLESS JOY!
