On a side note, I was thinking that I may paint our bedroom this week, since Aaron is out of town. I can just push all of our furniture away from the walls and paint Monday and Tuesday and just sleep on the couch while the room airs out. Good, yes?

You can only paint the bedrom this week if you:
A). Share with us the name of the color (because I do so love paint color names!)
B). Then tell us what color that really is (because half the time, I have no idea what color the pretty name means!)
And, as always, I do love the song info!
Can you tell me what you are going to do to keep the kids out of the room on Monday and Tuesday?
(Have had many a disaster painting at night while the devils are sleeping, the waking up to see what a stripy job I had done under artificial light.)
Spot the mother with no real control over her offspring - in an ideal world I would just say, please stay out, Mummy's painting.

My husband does all the painting. He is such a perfectionist with that sort of stuff, he doesn't want me around at all. I will however be painting some furniture when he leaves out of town. We have an old antique vanity that would be SO cute distressed. He can't see the vision.
Oh, and I love all those songs, but I must have missed why you posted them with a date??????
Oh why don't ou just go the whole hog and aint every room in the house, change the carpets and the furnture.
Sure you only have two small children and a husband away!! Do you ask for trouble!

just writing about it !! I get the same way when hubby is gone,,, but mine is not gone as much as yours... when do you sleep ?????
